SGM Properties utilizes Third Party Screening Services for recommendations. Below is a list of their minimum criteria that is subject to change without notice
· 18 Years age or older · Valid Driver’s License or State Issued I.D. · Verifiable Income · Take Home Pay at Least 3 Times the Rent · No Evictions · No Felonies · Reasonable Credit (more info) · Eligible for Utility Service Thru Ameren · $50 Screening Fee per Adult ($60 Total for Couples Married Longer than 1 Year with the same last name)
